1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Product Information and Availability

  • All our products, including organic edible oils, are described as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, texture, and aroma may occur due to the natural production process.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Order and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 3 to 4 weeks for domestic shipments.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

5. Return and Refund Policy Since our products are edible oils, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, in the following situations, we will work towards a fair resolution:

(a) Damaged Product:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at customercare@cornerorganics.com.
  • Provide order number, invoice image, outer box images, clear product images, and an unboxing video.
  • Only the affected product will be replaced after verification.

(b) Missing Product:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email.
  • Provide order number, invoice image, outer box images, images of the opened package, and an unboxing video.
  • We will re-send the missing product after verification.

(c) Spoiled Product:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email.
  • Provide order number, manufacturing date, and images or videos of the product.
  • Due to natural variations in taste, texture, and aroma, returns will not be accepted, but we will investigate and provide a fair resolution.

Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is our property and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • In case of a dispute, the matter shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.

Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping Policy:

Free shipping is applicable only if explicitly specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Shipping Information:

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number. Please verify your pin code and contact details before completing your order.

Processing Time:

•⁠  ⁠Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days if the item is in stock.

•⁠  ⁠For out-of-stock items, production and dispatch may take up to 10 business days. We will notify you if there are any delays.

•⁠  ⁠Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time:

•⁠  ⁠Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

•⁠  ⁠Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transport delays, strikes, or customs issues.

Delivery Details:

•⁠  ⁠Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

•⁠  ⁠Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order.

Order Delays:

If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

Return and Refund

Once an order is confirmed, CORNER ORGANICS does not accept return or refund requests. However, we are committed to working with our customers to find fair solutions in specific cases:

1.⁠ ⁠In Case of Damaged Product:

•⁠  ⁠Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at customercare@cornerorganics.com.

•⁠  ⁠Include your order number, an image of the invoice, one outer box image, two clear images of the damaged product, and an unboxing video.

•⁠  ⁠For multiple-item shipments, only the affected product will be replaced.

•⁠  ⁠We will promptly investigate and arrange for a replacement after verifying the provided details.

If your replacement is approved a product. Will be delivered within 10 business Days.

•⁠  ⁠You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

2.⁠ ⁠In Case of Missing Product:

•⁠  ⁠Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at customercare@cornerorganics.com.

•⁠  ⁠Include your order number, an image of the invoice, one outer box image, two clear images of the opened box, and an unboxing video showing all received items.

•⁠  ⁠We do not accept refund requests but will promptly resend any verified missing products.

•⁠  ⁠You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

3.⁠ ⁠In Case of Spoiled Product:

•⁠  ⁠Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at customercare@cornerorganics.com.

•⁠  ⁠Include your order number, the product's packaging date or manufacture date, and clear images or video evidence of spoilage.

•⁠  ⁠Variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are not eligible for returns due to the natural, unfiltered and unrefined processing of products.

•⁠  ⁠After due investigation, we will replace the product if spoilage is confirmed and ensure a fair outcome.

•⁠  ⁠You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
