We press sun-dried yellow mustard seeds procured from farms of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh using our stone-pressed oil extraction process.The oil is then kept in sunlight for few hours to remove excess moisture and improve shelf life without preservatives.
Its pungency is a mark of purity, making it perfect for traditional pickles, deep frying, skin massages, and Ayurvedic muscle treatments.
