I'm made with safflower and nothing else!!
“An age-old oil for new-age wellness.”
Our Safflower Oil is made from native karadai (safflower) seeds procurred from the farms of Maharashtra and Karnataka. These seeds are pressed in traditional stone pressed ghanis, preserving their naturally high linoleic acid content. We let the oil rest in little sunlight for few hours to remove excess moisture — no refining or additives involved.
Known for its cooling, anti-inflammatory, and cholesterol-managing properties, safflower oil is a hidden gem in Ayurvedic and rural Indian wellness.
- Traditionally used in Maharashtrian dishes like curries and chutneys
- Ideal for deep fried recipes like pakoras and vada
- Widely used in Maharashtra for pickles
- Perfect for mild, aromatic cooking and heart health
Store in a dry place away from direct heat and light, with the lid tightly closed
